We are Crowd Network

Louise Gwilliam

Louise is an audio obsessive, producer and manager who runs Crowd’s recruitment and produces some of its biggest shows.

As BBC 5 Live’s rugby union producer she led the station’s coverage of the 2019 Rugby World Cup in Japan and took its Rugby Union Weekly podcast to record-breaking listening figures. Despite growing up in a very English part of England, she supports Welsh national teams at all opportunities, which is understandable when her grandfather was one of Wales’ most celebrated captains.

She is lead producer on the John Bishop and Tony Pitts podcast Three Little Words and leads on development in two more of Crowd’s key shows on its slate. She likes going to the gym and lying on the sofa afterwards, and once silenced a Tokyo karaoke bar with a rendition of the Spice Girls’ Wannabe that featured distinct vocal impressions of all five band members.
