Hello! As Talent Director, I look after our recruitment here at Crowd, and the development of all our amazing talent both on and off-air. I also produce the Geraint Thomas Cycling Club, organise Crowd socials, and make sure everyone takes their holiday allowance. Away from work, despite growing up in a very English part of England, I support Welsh national teams at all opportunities, and I sing a mean rendition of Wannabe on karaoke.
