Tom is an award-winning broadcaster and writer, and our lead in-house podcast presenter and writer. He was the BBC’s Chief Sports Writer for 10 years, covering multiple Olympics, World Cups, Wimbledons, Ryder Cups and Tours de France.
As an author he has written bestsellers for Peter Crouch, Geraint Thomas and Jamie Redknapp, among others; he co-presents That Peter Crouch Podcast, and has presented 5 Live Sport, 5 Live Weekend Breakfast and the BBC’s cycling show BeSpoke. He drives new show generation and development with Steve Jones, writes our story titles like Death of a Rock Star and co-presents The Joe Marler Show.
He owns too many bikes for one person, likes getting muddy with his sons in a variety of ways and shows little sign of any discernible ability on the guitar.Back
